"He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog.
You are his life, his love, his leader.
He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart.
You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion." -- Unknown

Ch Beowulf Mass In C Minor x Ch Buglair Belle Of Temateki
(Mozart x Spice)
May 30, 1944 - April 3, 2011
Breeders: S. Terri Giannetti & Theodore Swedalla
Sonata was born in the midst on a Memorial Day party at Beowulf and her days with us were memorable from then on! Her first time out--two days on the competitive Boston circuit--she went back-to-back Best Of Variety over specials and earned both majors, just as her mother did!
In 1995 Sonata was BOW at the Wisconsin Beagle Specialty and Best Puppy In Sweepstakes at the Southern New York Beagle Specialty: she finished her championship at the supported entry the day following the National Beagle Club Specialty. (She was unable to compete at the National that year as Terri was the Show Chairman.) She was an Award Of Merit winner at the Westminster Kennel Club in 1995 and 1996 as well as an AOM winner at the National Beagle Club Specialty in 1996 and 1997. In 1996, Sonata was the number one 13" Beagle bitch in the country.
